Are you eager to land a brand new role? Our client, a busy Local Authority in Hampshire, are looking for an experienced District Estates Maintenance Manager to join their team and play a crucial role in their maintenance operations.    

Position: District Estates Maintenance Manager
Rate: £32.43 per hour (Umbrella, Inside IR35)
Contract Duration: Temporary (October 2025) with Possible Extension  

Purpose:

• District Estates Maintenance Manager to work within their Housing Operations and Voids Services team.

Job Responsibilities: 

• We are looking for leaders to help in the delivery of several projects within our area they include but are not limited to; Managing contractors carrying out void repair works and overseeing making safe regeneration properties.
• You will manage the work of the maintenance team operations including staff, contractors, suppliers and back office administrative activities, within council policies and procedures, to meet the aims and objectives of the business / service.
• This includes working closely with the Housing Investment Team, Housing Management Team and Tenant Representatives to identify and deliver cost effective solutions to maximise available resources in improving the condition of the Council’s housing stock.
  
  

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience working within a local authority or a similar organisation.
• At least 1 year experience within a District Estates Maintenance Manager role or equivalent.
• Evidence of Continuing Professional Development.
