PAY RATE: £14.96 PAYE per hour

JOB SUMMARY
The Residential Practitioner creating a safe, nurturing environment, assisting with daily routines, and promoting personal growth and well-being
  
JOB DESCRIPTION
The duties and responsibilities of the role will include:

• Care and Support: Assisting with personal care, hygiene, and daily routines.    
• Safety and Wellbeing: Ensuring a safe and nurturing environment, safeguarding children, and addressing their individual needs.    
• Building Relationships: Developing positive relationships with individuals and their families.    
• Promoting Development: Supporting personal growth, behavioral development, and educational attainment.    
• Collaboration: Working with other professionals, including therapists, teachers, and social workers.    
• Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records and documentation.    
• Advocacy: Supporting individuals in advocating for their needs and wishes.    
• Planning and Implementation: Developing and implementing care plans, and contributing to risk assessments.    
• Activities and Engagement: Organizing and participating in activities, both within the home and in the community. 

  
  
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies:

• Experience with Young people with complex needs and disabilities
• Experience working with jobs involving personal care
