Looking for a Beverage Manager to support the opening and ongoing operations of a globally recognized inspired concept 
 
Qualifications:

• Strong leadership presence with the ability to recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing bar and beverage team
• Commercially driven operator with a proven ability to impact revenue and profitability
• Well-spoken, polished leader who aligns with the brand's elevated service standards and culture
• Deep knowledge of wine, spirits, and bar operations with a passion for product and guest engagement

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in high-volume, upscale restaurants, with senior-level beverage leadership experience
• Lead and evolve the wine and beverage program to drive revenue, guest engagement, and brand positioning
• Oversee bar operations, ensuring efficiency, consistency, cost control, and compliance with operational standards
• Own and manage beverage P&L, analyzing performance and identifying growth opportunities
• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a positive and results-driven culture
• Drive exceptional guest experience on the floor, with a strong focus on upselling and engagement
