Temporary or Permanent: Temp
Possible End Date: 3 months possible extension
Number of Positions: 1 position
Location: South London
Rate of Pay: £30 p/h umbrella

• Asbestos Awareness
• COSHH Training

Role Purpose:
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Electrician to join our In-House Repairs Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out new installations and testing across our housing stock within the district.

This role involves working within a busy team that undertakes various types of maintenance and building works across a diverse range of occupied and vacant properties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform all electrical works to the required standard in accordance with current regulations and manufacturer’s instructions.
• Complete tasks within the required timescales.
• Coordinate with the Asset Management Support Team to ensure effective scheduling of job activities.
• Utilise all issued tools, accessories, and equipment appropriately.
• Adhere to all Health and Safety policies and procedures.

Job Requirements:

• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation Work or City and Guilds 2360 Parts 1 and 2 (Electrical Installation) certificate or recognised industry equivalent.
    
• City and Guilds 2382 (17th Edition) certificate or recognised industry equivalent.
    
• City and Guilds 2391 (Inspection, Testing and Certification) certificate or recognised industry equivalent.
• A minimum of two years’ relevant experience as a Electrician or equivalent 
• Must hold a full driving license and provide own transport covered by business insurance.
