Tempting recruitment is working with our client who is looking to expand their team with an experienced Wills and Probate Fee Earner.

Position: Private Client / Wills and Probate Fee Earner
Salary: Dependant on experience and PQE       
Location: Ripley, Derbyshire

JOB DESCRIPTION
The duties and responsibilities of the role will include:

• You will manage your own caseload with a focus on supporting clients with wills, LPAs, probate and Court of Protection applications.
• To manage and supervise junior staff and support staff as required.
• You will use the case management software and our billing and other financial processes effectively.

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies: 

• 5-10 years PQE in Private Client Matters as a Solicitor or Legal Executive
• Experience managing own workload, meeting deadlines and prioritising appropriately.
• Proven record of meeting billing targets.
