Tempting recruitment is working with our client who is looking to expand their team with an experienced Litigation Solicitor.

Position: Litigation Solicitor
Salary: Dependant on experience and PQE       
Location: Basildon (Hybrid / very flexible working arrangements Available)

JOB DESCRIPTION
The duties and responsibilities of the role will include:

• Undertake litigation work on behalf of clients
• Manage client files, develop litigation services, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Support the Litigation team.

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies: 

• Experience working with litigation in property disputes.
• Qualified as a Solicitor (or equivalent) with minimum 1year PQE.
• Great organisational and communication skills.
