Tempting recruitment is working with our client who is looking to expand their team with an experienced Private Client Solicitor.

Position: Private Client Solicitor
Salary: Dependant on experience and PQE       
Location: Essex (Hybrid Available)

JOB DESCRIPTION
The duties and responsibilities of the role will include:

• You will manage your own caseload with a focus on supporting clients with wills, trusts, and Probate.
• You will You will be able to build excellent client relationships, looking after existing clients and growing your own client base. 
• You will be responsible for dealing with Lasting powers of attorney, estates and later life planning.

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies: 

• Experience working with Wills, Trusts, and Probate.
• Qualified as a Solicitor (or equivalent) with minimum 1year PQE.
• Previous experience in undertaking marketing activities.
