Tempting Recruitment are working alongside our client, a Law Firm, who are looking for a Residential Property Solicitor to join their team in East Sussex

Position: Residential Property Solicitor       
Rate: Negotiable Depending on Experience          
Location: East Sussex   
Work Type: Permanent  

JOB DESCRIPTION
The duties and responsibilities of the role will include: 

• Handle freehold/leasehold sales, purchases, re-mortgages and new builds. 
• Coordinate with third parties including agents and lenders. 
• Draft legal documents and manage files.
• Liaise with clients to offer excellent advise and support. 

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies:

• 2 years+ PQE with Residential Property Experience. 
• Excellent knowledge of property law and able to apply this when dealing with clients and third parties.
• Strong communicator both verbally and non-verbally.
• Able to work efficiently to meet deadlines.
