Tempting recruitment is working with our client who is looking to expand their team with an experienced Education Solicitor to work in a Health and Welfare team.

Position: Education Solicitor
Salary: Dependant on experience        
Location: This role offers flexibility to be based at any of our clients UK offices or to work remotely (You may be required to travel to other locations from time to time)

JOB DESCRIPTION
The duties and responsibilities of the role will include:

• This role sits within the Court of Protection, Health and Welfare team.
• You will take responsibility for a varied caseload, managing matters from initial instruction through to resolution.
• You will be required to give business development input in securing work.

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies: 

• Experienced in Education Law to handle a range of matters related to SEN, EHCPs, admissions, exclusions, and education related disputes.
• You will be a qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 3–5 years PQE. 
• Experience in Education Law.
