Tempting recruitment is working with our client who is looking to expand their team with an experienced Private Client Solicitor to work in a vulnerable clients team.

Position: Private Client Solicitor
Salary: Dependant on experience        
Location: Reading         

JOB DESCRIPTION
The duties and responsibilities of the role will include:

• You will manage your own caseload with a focus on supporting vulnerable clients with wills, trusts, and deputyship matters.
• You will provide guidance on protecting beneficiaries and liaise with the in-house Court of Protection team as needed. 
  
• You will be responsible for delivering high-quality, chargeable work across a broad range of matters involving vulnerable clients

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies: 

• Experience working with Wills, Trusts, and Probate.
• Someone who will work proactively to deliver exceptional client service through the knowledge and skills they bring to the role.
• Qualified as a Solicitor (or equivalent)
