Are you eager to land a brand new role? Our client, a government body in Southeast England, are looking for an experienced Executive Support Officer to join their team and play a crucial role within their operations.  

Position: Executive Support Officer
Rate: £21 per hour (Umbrella, Outside IR35)
Contract Duration: Temporary (May 2026) Possible Extension  
Working Arrangement: Hybrid 

Job Duties: 

• Provide confidential and professional support.
• Provide comprehensive inbox management.
• Provide effective diary management.
• Fulfil office management duties relating to technology, equipment, stationery and premises. 

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience working within a local authority or a similar organisation.
• Experience within a Executive Support Officer role or equivalent.
• Strong problem-solving skills, ensuring a measured and considered approach is adopted.
• Have good or advanced Microsoft Office skills, with an evidenced ability to become familiar with Council systems.
• Evidence of Continuing Professional Development.
