Are you eager to land a brand new role? Our client, a Private housing association in North West London.  Are looking for a Multi-Trade Operative to join their organisation.

Office Based/Hybrid: Office based
Driving Licence Required: Yes
DBS Required: TBC
Rate of Pay (Umbrella and Inside IR35): £21
Pay Negotiable: Yes
Short Brief/Requirement:

• This is a temporary role, however there could be a permanent opportunity available in the coming months. 
• A company vehicle will be provided.  Candidates must have a full UK manual driving licence.  

Multi trade skills required are -

• First and Second Fix Carpentry
• First and Second Fix Plumbing
• Wet Trades (plastering, painting & decorating)
• Minor Masonry repairs
• General Groundworks and Fencing
• Floor Laying & Tiling
• To undertake on site risk assessments and identify any potential hazards

Job Requirements:

• At least 2 years experience working as a Multi-Trade Operative or equivalent
• Have a full UK manual driving licence
• City & Guilds or up to NVQ Level 3 in at least one trade (plumbing, carpentry painting & decorating) and competency in other maintenance related repair work.
• Knowledge of NHF schedule of rates codes as a way of accurately pricing work.
• Ability to diagnose and undertake a repair works to domestic properties including specifying materials required and the ability to undertake works in accordance with training and good industry practice.
