Are you eager to land a brand new role? Our client, a busy local authority in South London.  Are looking for a Caretaker to join their organisation.

Job Role: Caretaker
Temporary or Permanent: Temp
Possible End Date: 3 months (possible extension)  
Location: South London
Driving Licence Required: Yes
Rate of Pay: £19.34 p/h umbrella

Main duties/Responsibilities:

• A Hard working, conscientious and physically fit individual with experience of caretaking /cleaning in a professional environment to join our in house Caretaking team.
• You will be working with a small team of colleagues, cleaning internal and external communal areas of the council's housing stock.
• Sweeping, mopping, litter picking, dusting, removing bulk waste, sweeping car parks and service roads etc.
• You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all health and safety, fire safety and  building safety regulations

Job Requirements:

• At least 2 years experience working as a Caretaker or equivalent
• Full UK Drivers Licence
