Are you eager to land a brand new role? Our client, a busy Local Authority in West London, are looking for an experienced Resident Engagement Manager to join their team and play a crucial role within their change initiatives operations.        

Position: Resident Engagement Manager
Rate: £350 per day (Umbrella, Outside IR35)
Contract Duration: Temporary (6 Months) Possible Extension  
Working Arrangement: Hybrid

Job Purpose: 

• The role will involve coordinating and driving project management and change initiatives across Resident Engagement to ensure readiness for inspection by the Regulator to deliver real and meaningful change to how Housing delivers engagement.

Job Duties: 

• To implement and manage an effective and fit for purpose resident involvement structure that incorporates formal and informal ways that residents can be involved.
• Project Manage the delivery of Resident Engagement Reset change project across Housing services, influencing new ways of working to deliver the overall resident engagement reset objectives.
• Deliver change management projects that will include the review and potential reshaping of the resident involvement and engagement structure and introducing new informal ways of engaging with residents

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience working within a local authority or a similar organisation.
• Experience within a Resident Engagement Manager role or equivalent.
• Evidence of Continuing Professional Development.
