Are you eager to land a brand new role? Our client, a busy Local Authority in West London, are looking for an experienced Contract Manager (Estates) to join their team and play a crucial role within their estates maintenance operations.        

Position: Contract Manager (Estates)
Rate: £350-400 per day (Umbrella, Outside IR35)
Contract Duration: Temporary (6 Months) Possible Extension  

Job Purpose: 

• To monitor the estates cleaning and ground maintenance contracts.

Job Duties: 

• To ensure the effective contract management of the two estate services contracts for cleaning and grounds maintenance.
• Line manager a team of contract monitoring officers overseeing the estates cleaning and grounds maintenance contract.
• Lead a team who are responsible for investigating and responding to enquiries and complaints, liaising with residents to address their concerns as well as checking and improving the flow of complaints from a customer perspective.
• Managing and analysing data to improve contract performance and generate informative management reports.
• Monitoring and ensuring a high standard of health and safety is applied to the waste collection and street cleansing contract.

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience working within a local authority or a similar organisation.
• Experience within a Contract Manager (Estates) role or equivalent.
• Evidence of Continuing Professional Development.
