Are you eager to land a brand new role? Our client, a busy local authority in Hounslow.  Are looking for a Leasehold Officer to join their organisation.

Job Role: Leasehold Officer
Temporary or Permanent: Temp
Possible End Date: 3 months (Possible Extension)
Number of Positions: 1
Location: Hounslow
Office Based/Hybrid:  Hybrid – Currently in 1 day per week but this is due to increase
DBS Required: Basic
Rate of Pay (Umbrella and Inside IR35): £26

Main duties/Responsibilities:

• To work effectively as part of the Council’s Housing, Planning and Economic Regeneration directorate, delivering corporate objectives through the work of the Housing and Property Services.
  
• To promote a philosophy of putting service user needs first at every opportunity and to put in place management arrangements that work to action this.
  
• To work with key stakeholders in improving service quality and promoting creative and innovative ways of tackling local problems, ensuring services delivered meet the needs of our community and are accessible to all users.
• To work with other officers within the Council and its services to ensure services are integrated at the point of delivery and at the strategic planning level and to identify new business efficiencies.

Job Requirements:

• At least 2 years experience working as a Leasehold Officer or equivalent
• Experience of working in partnership with external agencies, resident groups, Members and Council Officers.
• Experience of managing complex projects/schemes
• Extensive experience in leasehold/resident consultation.
• Stakeholder engagement.
• Substantial expertise in housing management and policy in order to successfully oversee and deliver a broad range of resident services.
• An experienced housing professional who is solution focused and able to deliver an excellent front line generic housing service
