Job Role: Housing Companies Tenant Services Manager
Temporary or Permanent: Temp
Possible End Date: March 2026 (Possible Extension)
Number of Positions: 1
Location: Brent
Office Based/Hybrid: TBC but more than likely hybrid
DBS Required: Enhanced
Rate of Pay (Umbrella and Inside IR35): £30
 

Main Duties/Responsibilities

• To directly manage a high-profile portfolio of homes that relieve families and single people from homelessness, through Brent’s Housing Companies (i4B and First Wave Housing).
• To deliver all aspects of high-quality tenancy services in line with contract requirements, which will include ensuring that agreed performance standards and targets are met and ensuring high levels of tenant satisfaction.
• To manage tenancies, end to end, let to re-let, taking full ownership of the tenant’s journey.
• To support the Housing Companies Operational Manager in promoting and improving the i4B brand and developing resident engagement, with continuous drive towards improving tenant satisfaction.

Job Requirements:

• At least 2 years experience working as a Housing Companies Tenant Services Manager or equivalent
• The Social Housing (Regulation) Act 2023 has gained Royal Assent. Postholders will be expected to enrol with the Chartered Institute of Housing.
• The postholder must have or be working towards a Chartered Institute of Housing Level 3 qualification 
• Knowledge and understanding of local authority statutory and support services related to the housing sector and emerging trends
• Enhanced DBS
