Tempting recruitment are working with a forward thinking Law firm based in Liverpool and Manchester who are looking for an experienced Costs Draftsman to join their growing team!


 Job Role: Costs draftsman
Temporary or Permanent: Perm 
Location: Liverpool or Manchester (Hybrid)
Rate of Pay: Dependant on Experience + Bonus 


JOB DESCRIPTION
The duties and responsibilities of this role will include:

• Liaison with solicitors and fee earners regarding costs.
• Drafting and negotiating skills.
• Knowledge on environmental act 1990.
• Helping supervise junior costs paralegals.
• Showing versatility by carrying out other duties when required. 

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies: 

• Minimum 2 years experience in legal costs drafting.
• Great IT skills .
• work at an efficient pace.
• a history in using costs management software.
