Tempting Recruitment are working alongside our client, a Housing Association, who are looking for a Groundworker to join their team based in Hampshire.  

Position: Groundworker             
Rate: £35,450  
Location: Hampshire                        
Work Type: Permanent

JOB DESCRIPTION
The duties and responsibilities of the role will include: 

• Complete varied aspects of groundworks such as fencing, kerb and edging laying, drainage, concreting and slab laying. 
• Make sure your company vehicle is stocked for each task.
• Use handheld PDAs to record jobs and support these tasks with admin, including vehicle checks.
• Provide a strong customer service when meeting members of the public.

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies: 

• UK driving licence and able to drive an Excavator.
• Have experience in all of the groundworks listed above. 
• Basic rendering and brickwork skills. 
• Take risk assessment seriously, adhering to this at all times.
