The Executive Chef is responsible for leading all culinary operations for a boutique hotel property in Arlington. This role oversees restaurant service, banquets, and in-room dining while driving menu innovation, operational excellence, and a cohesive guest experience. Opening experience is highly valued as the property continues to evolve and elevate its culinary program.
 
Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef in a hotel environment; boutique or lifestyle property experience preferred
• Opening experience a plus, with the ability to build systems, teams, and menus from the ground up
• Strong background in food cost control, labor management, and team development

Responsibilities

• Oversee all culinary operations, including restaurant, banquets, and room service execution
• Develop menus and concepts aligned with the hotel's brand and guest expectations
• Lead, train, and build a high-performing culinary team while maintaining operational and financial goals
