Tempting recruitment is working with our client who is looking to expand their team with an experienced Private Property Lawyer.

Position: Private Property Lawyer
Salary: Dependant on experience and PQE       
Location: Shrewsbury, Telford or Wolverhampton

JOB DESCRIPTION
The duties and responsibilities of the role will include:

• Working within a private property team.
• You will manage your own caseload of residential property matters, including:
  
  • Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
  • Remortgages
  • New build transactions
  • Transfers of equity

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies: 

• Qualified as a Solicitor (or equivalent) with minimum 3 years PQE.
• Advanced technical knowledge of residential conveyancing processes.
• Experience of Landlord and Tenant matters and leasehold extension.
