Are you eager to land a brand new role? Our client, a busy Local Authority in West Yorkshire, are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join their team and play a crucial role within their human resources operations.        

Position: HR Business Partner
Rate: £29.94 per day (Umbrella, Outside IR35)
Contract Duration: Temporary (June 2026) Possible Extension  

Job Purpose: 

• As an HR Business Partner (HRBP) you’ll provide expertise, advice, guidance and solutions to colleagues Council-wide. Solution-focused, you’ll improve employee retention, management competence, policy application, data-driven decisions and more. The key is to create open and honest working partnerships, where you can set clear expectations for managers, helping them discharge their duties in a fair and reflective way.

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience working within a local authority or a similar organisation.
• Experience within a HR Business Partner role or equivalent.
• Evidence of Continuing Professional Development.
