Job Description:

• Employees in this job function are responsible for enabling intelligent business decisions by designing robust analytics solutions through a blend of business acumen, data and analytics proficiency and technical solution architecture; leveraging knowledge and expertise in multiple tools for data integration, data modeling, data analysis tools, advanced data visualization tools etc.

 
Key Responsibilities:

• Create strong business partnership for intelligent solutions through stakeholder interviews and solution designs
• Own the design, implementation and maintenance of ongoing metrics, reports, analyses and end-user tools to drive key business decisions. Use advanced visualization tools like Qlik, Dash Enterprise, Tableau, PowerBI etc.
• Conduct deep-dive analysis of business problems and data issues to formulate recommendations for business improvement and technical efficiency. Use data modeling tools, data analysis tools, advanced programming languages like R, Python, SQL, etc.
• Identify and implement avenues to optimize and enhance data analysis, interpretation and visualization tools, techniques and methodologies for functional analysts
• Design and implement new metrics, techniques and strategies to improve business KPI, metrics unity and end-user adoption
• Partner with Data Engineering, Data Science and Data Management teams to improve data completeness, usability, and performance

In this position...

• This Business Analyst position for Customer Data Mart team will be part of a highly skilled team working on product features, development, and operation of Customer 360 core system.
• You will be part of a C360 Product, Tech team working closely with stakeholders throughout C360.
• You will assist our product teams to identify and prioritize the critical few product features that maximize impact on business benefit.

 
Responsibilities:
What you'll do...

• Work hands-on with Product team members and stakeholders to resolve questions, clarify business requirements, and deliver products.
• Monitor and take corrective actions to resolve system and application performance issues by working closely with the IT team.
• Write business requirements, complete testing and launches for C360 products.
• Manage and maintain a strong working relationship with the IT teams and downstream application teams.
• Own JIRA user stories, write/follow/update test scripts, and support IT to ensure work is complete.
• Develop data extract scripts using bigquery.

 
Qualifications:
You'll have...

• Familiarity with GCP, JSON, APIs and basic python scripting
• Experience working in automotive, ecommerce or digital media environments
• Exposure to user acceptance testing (UAT) coordination and partner credential management
• Experience with data privacy and process risk migration
