Job Description:

Duties:           

• General project administration and support
• Maintain project notes and files Review, validate and document invoices
• Execute checks and balances to ensure accurate reporting
• Ensure accounting guidelines are met
• Implement process improvements as appropriate
• Work with program managers to manage budgets and help deliver against party commitments

 
Skills:

• Project coordinators must be well-organized, capable of working under pressure, and able to multitask, and attention to detail and a patient demeanor are also important.
• They should also be familiar with software such as Microsoft Excel, and a bachelor's degree in business or communications is generally required for this position.
• Work is usually done in an office environment, though some travel may occasionally be required.
• Experience as a dashboard developer that designs, builds, and maintains interactive data visualizations to help organizations make data-driven decisions.
• They collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements, extract data from various sources, and use tools like Tableau or Power BI to create clear, actionable dashboards.
• Key skills include data analysis, SQL, proficiency with BI tools, databricks and strong communication to translate complex data.
