QA Strategy #1034831
Job Description:
- We would like to build a QA strategy that involves Manual tests, automation tests on unit tests, integration tests, e2e tests, regression testing, etc. We also have Ranorex licenses available to our QA team.
- We would also like to explore using any AI tool that can help us convert our manual tests to automated Scripts if possible.
- Are there AI agents that can assist with testing, or any other option to expand the capacity of our QA team through technology?
- We'd like you to build a comprehensive QA strategy for us. Please include vision, scope, testing methodologies, automation approach, tools, environments, test data strategy, reporting/metrics, governance, risk/compliance, and continuous improvement.
- Also highlight how QA will integrate with Agile/DevOps and how responsibilities will be divided between vendor (staff augmentation to grow QA when needed) and internal teams.
Key Goals - Establish a clear QA vision and roadmap aligned with business strategy.
- Ensure end-to-end coverage across functional, non-functional, performance, and security testing.
- Build a sustainable automation approach that supports Agile and DevOps.
- Improve test data, environments, and governance for reliability and compliance.
- Provide clear metrics and dashboards that measure quality and drive accountability.
- Enable continuous improvement and knowledge transfer to strengthen internal QA capabilities.
