Technical Inspection Project Manager
Senior Civil Engineer or an equivalent university professional (Engineer with academic training of no less than five (5) years) with post-graduate studies
and must dedicate all his time to the direction and administration of the technical inspection that must control and supervise the construction and assembly of the Works that the EPC contractor will carry out on site until the final reception and delivery of the quality dossier.
He is in charge of consolidating the information coming from the Technical Inspection Project Managers of each Section. This professional must have a minimum of ten (15) years of experience, of which at least five (10) years must correspond to experience obtained in the field, in Supervision or management of EPC Projects for Electric Transmission Systems similar to those of this Contract of no less than 500 kV and 200 km in length.
Head of Technical Inspection Project
Civil Engineer or an equivalent university professional (Engineer with academic training of no less than five (5) years) and must dedicate all his time to the direction of supervision and control of the administration of the construction and assembly of the Works that the contractor will carry out on site until the final reception and delivery of the quality dossier.
This professional must have a minimum of ten (10) years of experience, of which at least five (5) years must correspond to experience obtained on site, in Supervision or management of EPC Projects of Electric Transmission Systems similar to those of this Contract of no less than 220 kV and 200 km in length.
Head of Technical Office
A Civil, Electrical, Industrial Engineer or an equivalent university professional (Engineer with academic training of no less than five (5) years) and must dedicate all his time to the direction of supervision and control of the administration of the construction and assembly of the Works that the contractor will carry out on site until the final reception and delivery of the quality dossier.
This professional must have a minimum of ten (10) years of experience, of which at least five (5) years must correspond to experience obtained on site, in Supervision or management of EPC Projects for Electric Transmission Systems similar to those of this Contract of no less than 220 kV and 200 km in length.
Construction Planner or Programmer
This must be a professional with proven experience of at least 5 years in the planning of high voltage electrical construction works, especially transmission lines of no less than 220 kV and 200 kms. in length and with thorough knowledge of the software to be used, such as Microsoft Project.
Dedicated to the control, monitoring, performance measurement, among others, of the adequate planning of the contractor.
Head of Helicopter Works Control
A professional in helicopter work control, with a minimum of ten (10) years' experience in electrical works who performs the duties of Head of Control of Helicopter Works.
Head of Occupational Health and Safety
A professional expert in risk prevention with a minimum of five (5) years' experience in electrical works similar to those of this Contract developed in Chile, who performs the duties of Head of Occupational Health and Safety associated with the execution of the works. He/she will be responsible for reviewing and coordinating the Risk Prevention (SSO) measures of all the works carried out by the Contractors in accordance with the applicable Legal Regulations and work procedures established for the Project.
The Risk Prevention expert must have the professional category, in accordance with the nature of the work.
This person must be a professional engineer with proven experience of at least 5 years in similar roles
Quality Leader
Contract execution, that is, from the start of the work installations until the return of the Land or final acceptance of the Works, whichever occurs first, to a quality manager who ensures compliance with the technical specifications and regulations that apply to the contractor in its execution of the works. He will be responsible for validating the quality dossier of the project, approving the sampling laboratories (soil, concrete, etc.), analyzing results, among others. He must promptly inform the technical inspection team of alerts that imply possible delays by the contractor on the ground that impact the progress of the works.
This must be a professional execution engineer and/or technician with proven experience of at least 5 years in similar roles
Land Liberation Leader
A person in charge of monitoring and accompanying the land releases and those that are the responsibility of the construction contractor, permanently on site exclusively throughout the entire process of execution of the Contract, that is, from the beginning of the work installations until the return of the Land or final acceptance of the Works, whichever occurs first. They must maintain adequate communication with owners, the land team as well as with the technical team and feed the information for the analysis of the Planning of access to the contractor's work sites that will be carried out by the ITO planning manager. They must promptly inform the technical inspection team of alerts that imply possible delays by the contractor on the ground that impact the progress of the works.
This person must be a professional with proven experience of at least 5 years in similar roles
Technical Documents Control
A Technical Document Control Officer at the site of the works exclusively throughout the entire Contract execution process, that is, from the start of the work installations until the return of the Land or final acceptance of the Works, whichever occurs first, to ensure control of the information flows related to the execution of the works. He/she will be responsible for maintaining, receiving, referring, controlling and keeping an updated record of all documentation related to the entire construction process (work procedures, protocols, certification of equipment and materials, material testing, etc.).
This person must be a professional execution engineer and/or technician with proven experience of at least 1 year in similar roles
Labor Control Officer
A Labor Control Officer permanently on site exclusively during the entire Contract execution process, that is, from the start of the work installations until the return of the Land or final acceptance of the Works, whichever occurs first, to carry out the work history review of the Contractors associated with the execution of the works. He/she will be responsible for reviewing, controlling and maintaining the updated record of all documentation related to the entire personnel accreditation and labor certification process.
This person must be a professional execution engineer and/or technician with proven experience of at least 1 year in similar roles
Supplier Payment Control Officer
A Supplier Payment Control Officer at the site exclusively throughout the entire Contract execution process, that is, from the start of the work installations until the return of the Land or final acceptance of the Works, whichever occurs first, to review the payment vouchers of the Contractors' supply and service providers associated with the execution of the works. He/she will be responsible for reviewing, controlling and maintaining an updated record of all documentation related to the entire supplier payment process. He/she must promptly inform the technical inspection team of any alerts that imply possible delays by the contractor on the ground that impact the progress of the works.
This person must be a professional execution engineer and/or technician with proven experience of at least 1 year in similar roles
Supplies and Dispatch Control Officer
A Supplies Control and Dispatch Manager at the site of the works exclusively throughout the entire Contract execution process, that is, from the start of the work installations until the return of the Land or final reception of the Works, whichever occurs first. He/she will be responsible for the reception at the collection point (prior approval in conjunction with Quality), controlling and maintaining the updated record of all supplies delivered to the Contractors. He/she must promptly inform the technical inspection team of any alerts that imply possible delays by the contractor on site that impact the progress of the works.

Surveyors
A Surveyor permanently on site exclusively during the entire Contract execution process, that is, from the beginning of the works until the end of the topographic works or final acceptance of the Works, whichever occurs first, who will carry out the topographic control associated with the execution of the works. He will be responsible for reviewing, controlling, taking note of and/or approving all the topographic works carried out by the Contractors in accordance with the Technical Specifications of the Project.
This person must be a professional execution engineer and/or technician with proven experience of at least 5 years in similar roles
Builders
A Master Builder at the site of the works exclusively during the entire process of execution of the Contract, that is, from the beginning of the works until the end of the topographical works or final acceptance of the Works, whichever occurs first, who will carry out the tasks of assisting the Surveyor during the execution of the works. He will be responsible for always providing logistical and technical support to the Surveyor during the execution of all topographical works carried out by the Contractors in accordance with the Technical Specifications of the Project.
This must be a technical professional with proven experience of at least 2 years in similar roles
Civil Works and Roads Supervisors
The Technical Inspection team must maintain permanently on site exclusively during the entire Contract execution process, that is, from the beginning of the works until the end of the construction of access roads and civil works or final acceptance of the Works, whichever occurs first, a Civil Works and Roads Supervisor who will control the construction of roads and Civil Works associated with the execution of the works. He/she will be responsible for reviewing, controlling, taking note of and/or approving all the works associated with the Construction of Access Roads to the work points and Civil Works of Structures carried out by the Contractors in accordance with the Technical Specifications of the Project.
This must be a professional execution engineer and/or technician with proven experience of at least 5 years in similar roles
Assembly Supervisors
The Technical Inspection team must maintain permanently on site exclusively during the entire Contract execution process, that is, from the beginning of the works until the end of the Assembly of Structures or final acceptance of the Works, whichever occurs first, an Assembly Supervisor who will control the Electromechanical Assembly of Structures associated with the execution of the works. He/she will be responsible for reviewing, controlling, taking note of and/or approving all the work associated with the Assembly of Structures carried out by the Contractors in accordance with the Technical Specifications of the Project.
This must be a professional execution engineer and/or technician with proven experience of at least 5 years in similar roles
Laying Supervisors
The Technical Inspection team must maintain permanently on site exclusively during the entire Contract execution process, that is, from the beginning of the works until the end of the Assembly of Structures or final acceptance of the Works, whichever occurs first, an Assembly Supervisor who will control the Electromechanical Assembly of Structures associated with the execution of the works. He/she will be responsible for reviewing, controlling, taking note of and/or approving all the work associated with the Assembly of Structures carried out by the Contractors in accordance with the Technical Specifications of the Project.

Commissioning Supervisors
The Technical Inspection team must maintain a Commissioning Supervisor permanently on site exclusively during the entire Contract execution process, that is, from the beginning of the line tests until the end of the Commissioning or final acceptance of the Works, whichever occurs first, who will carry out the control of the Tests and Commissioning associated with the execution of the works. He will be responsible for reviewing, controlling, taking note of and/or approving all the work associated with the Tests and Commissioning by the Contractors in accordance with the Technical Specifications of the Project.

Occupational Health and Safety Supervisors
The technical inspection team must maintain permanently on site, full-time, from the beginning of the works until their completion, with the necessary powers and resources, a professional expert in risk prevention with a minimum of five (5) years' experience in electrical works who will provide on-site assistance to the Head of Occupational Health and Safety associated with the execution of the works. He/she will be responsible for supervising on-site the Risk Prevention (SSO) measures of all the works carried out by the Contractors in accordance with the applicable Legal Regulations and work procedures established for the Project.

Head of Technical Inspection for the Environment
He/she must be a Civil Engineer or an equivalent university professional (Engineer with academic training of no less than five (5) years), and must dedicate all his/her time to the direction of supervision and control of the administration of the Environmental Qualification Resolution (RCA) during the construction and assembly stage of the Works that the contractor will carry out on site until the final acceptance. He/she will be responsible for reviewing and coordinating the follow-up measures of the commitments implemented in the RCA of the Project, of all the works carried out by the Contractors in accordance with the RCA, applicable Legal Regulations and work procedures established for the Project.
This professional must have a minimum of ten (10) years of experience, of which at least five (5) years must correspond to experience obtained in the field, in Supervision or direction of EPC Projects
Environmental Documents Control
The Technical Inspection team must maintain permanently on site exclusively during the entire Contract execution process, that is, from the start of the work installations until the return of the Land or final acceptance of the Works, whichever occurs first, an Environmental Document Control Officer to ensure control of the information flows related to the execution of the works. He/she will be responsible for maintaining, receiving, referring, controlling and maintaining the updated record of all documentation related to all monitoring of compliance with the RCA of the construction process (work procedures, protocols, etc.).

Communities Officer
The Technical Inspection team must have exclusively during the entire process of execution of the Contract, that is, from the beginning of the work installations until the return of the Land or final reception of the Works, a person in charge of monitoring and accompanying the Community Relations. They must maintain adequate communication with the Connection Community Relations team as well as with the technical team and feed the information for the analysis of the Planning of access to the contractor's work sites that will be carried out by the ITO planning manager. They must promptly inform the technical inspection team of alerts that imply possible delays by the contractor on the ground that impact the progress of the works.
This person must be a professional with proven experience of at least 1 year in similar roles
Environmental Permits Officer
The Technical Inspection team must have exclusively during the entire process of execution of the Contract, that is, from the beginning of the work installations until the return of the Land or final reception of the Works, a person in charge of monitoring Environmental Permits. He must maintain adequate communication with the Head of Technical Inspection Environment as well as with the technical team, follow up on the commitments held in the RCA of the Project and feed the information for the analysis of the Planning of access to the contractor's work sites that will be carried out by the person in charge of planning the ITO. He must promptly inform the technical inspection team of alerts that imply possible delays of the contractor in the field that impact the progress of the works.
This person must be a professional with proven experience of at least 3 years in similar roles
