Job Title: E&I Inspector (Electrical & Instrumentation)

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced E&I Inspector to join our team in the oil and gas sector. The ideal candidate will have over 8 - 10 years of experience in Electrical and Instrumentation inspection, with a strong background in ensuring that installations and equipment meet the highest standards of safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct inspections of electrical and instrumentation systems in accordance with project specifications and standards.
• Perform quality control checks on electrical installations, equipment, and components.
• Ensure all work is completed in compliance with industry regulations, health and safety standards, and client specifications.
• Review and verify test results and inspection reports.
• Prepare and maintain detailed inspection reports and documentation.
• Collaborate with project teams to resolve any issues or discrepancies related to electrical and instrumentation systems.
• Provide recommendations for improvements based on inspection findings.

• Experience: Minimum of 8 - 10 years in Electrical & Instrumentation inspection, preferably within the oil and gas sector.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, or related fields.
• ATEX or equivalent certification
• Knowledge & Skills:
  • Strong understanding of electrical and instrumentation standards, codes, and best practices.
  • Ability to identify and troubleshoot electrical issues and ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • Experience with inspection tools and equipment for electrical and instrumentation systems.
  • Proficient in creating and maintaining inspection documentation.
  • Familiarity with industry software and reporting tools.
