Minimum Qualification

• Bachelor of Electrical, instrument, communication Engineering
• 15-20 years of experience, including 5 years on Instrument commissioning and handover management / supervisory role.
• Earlier Experience in PMC and consultancy is a must
• Earlier Experience of Commissioning and Handover of Oil and Gas Terminals Is a must
• Provide discipline engineering expertise during the completion, pre-commissioning and commissioning work undertaken by the various Execution Contractors preparing systems for hand-over.
• Solid knowledge of Precommissioning/Commissioning management softwares

• Plan and Coordinate, the commissioning of the instrumentation in close cooperation with the concerned Commissioning Leader and Vendor managing and addressing the execution activities ensure the commissioning activities will be done as per their purposes at the required specification
• Reviewing and commenting on documentation produced by contractors (eg technical reports, specifications, procedures, drawings, etc) ensuring implementation of established procedures and good engineering practice.
• To supervise instrumental commissioning works verifying they are performed in compliance with HSE requirements, project schedule, and commissioning procedures                                                     
• Verifying mechanical completion acceptance and punch lists prior to starting commissioning activities
• To ensure the identification and adoption of the correct Quality standards according to Company standards and local norms and legislation.
• Close Liaison with project QA/QC department and ensuring that all works carried out are in compliance with project QA/QC standards.
• Ensuring that contractors duties are performed by competent and experienced personnel and in sufficient numbers to achieve objectives, promptly advising the Commissioning Area Manager of any areas of concern
• Ensuring all works are properly tested and are in compliance with project standards.
• Ensuring / Coordinating work Feasibility & Constructability
•    Managing interface between contractors to ensure smooth Job Progress.
• Provide technical support, troubleshooting and technical solutions
• Validating instrument commissioning works progress
• Assuring punch lists are properly detected, integrated within the Commissioning master punch list and cleared                                                                                           
• Preparing handover documentation (validating/compiling all relevant certificates
