Position: RCM Senior Engineer

Position Overview:
 
The Electrical/Instrument/Rotating RCM Senior Engineer will be responsible for developing, reviewing, and verifying equipment strategies and PM plans to maximize equipment availability and reliability. This role requires extensive experience in maintenance and reliability within the oil and gas, refinery, or petrochemical industries, as well as expertise in SAP PM modules and GE Meridium APM.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, review, and verify new and existing equipment strategies and PM plans based on approved procedures and standards to maximize equipment availability and reliability.
• Carry out and facilitate Asset Criticality Analysis.
• Facilitate RCM/FMEA/Group strategies sessions with cross-functional teams to develop equipment criticalities and equipment strategies.
• Be well-versed in the notification and work-order process in SAP and competent with various SAP-PM module transactions as well as the GE-APM platform (Meridium).
• Develop, implement, monitor, and report KPIs applicable to asset and equipment reliability, such as MTBF analysis for various equipment classes.
• Identify and prioritize bad actors/dominant failure modes in the assigned area through approved procedures and by analyzing equipment history in SAP/GE-APM.
• Provide coaching and on-the-job training in RCM-FMEA analysis tools and techniques to ensure quality development programs for engineers/trainees.
• Develop and improve existing processes and procedures related to RCM.

• Minimum of 10 years of experience within the oil and gas, refinery, or petrochemical industry in maintenance and reliability in rotating, electrical, or instrument disciplines.
• Hands-on experience with equipment maintenance and development/improvements of maintenance strategies.
• Expertise in SAP (PM Modules) Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) as well as GE Meridium APM.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
