Position: Data Entry Technician
 
Location: Qatar
 
Duration: 1 year, Extendable
 
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Create and manage engineering drawings, including isometrics, P&IDs, and general arrangement drawings using AutoCAD.
• Prepare as-built piping isometric drawings based on field experience.
• Understand and interpret P&IDs and general arrangement drawings of equipment and tanks.
• Prepare piping line lists from P&IDs.
• Enter data into engineering software and ensure accuracy.
• Utilize MS Office, particularly Excel, to prepare graphs, evaluate data, and create reports.
• Work with PDF files and Microsoft Office drawings.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and company procedures.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure drawings meet project requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of drawings and revisions.
• Provide technical support and guidance to other team members.

• Minimum degree in Science or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• AutoCAD certification and experience with the latest version.
• Proficiency in MS Office Package.
• Computer drawing literate.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in drawing isometrics, P&IDs, and engineering drawings in AutoCAD.
• Experience in entering data into engineering software.
• Field experience in preparing as-built piping isometric drawings.
• Experience with SAP and Meridium systems.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
