Job Summary
 
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HSE Instructor to deliver ADNOC-accredited and in-house Industrial Safety and Occupational Health & Safety Trainings for a variety of roles within the Oil & Gas sector. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in safety training, competency-based assessments, and practical scenario-based simulations. This role requires a strong understanding of ADNOC standards, UAE-specific regulatory requirements, and exceptional communication and instructional skills. Both ADNOC-approved instructors and non-approved candidates with the potential to secure approval based on qualifications and competency assessments are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
 

• Deliver ADNOC accredited and in-house/external Industrial Safety and Occupational Health & Safety Trainings.
• Ensure all training activities meet ADNOC-specific standards & guidelines, relevant legal and regulatory requirements and meet client / project specific requirements.
• Conduct hands-on exercises, drills, and simulations to reinforce theoretical knowledge and prepare staff for real-world and project scenarios.
• Design & develop tailored training programs for different levels of employees, from engineers to managers / experienced staff.
• Regularly review and update training materials to reflect changes in laws, standards, stakeholder’s interests and best practices.
• Administer, evaluate & mark assessments to measure participant comprehension and gauge effectiveness of training delivery.
• Reviews course evaluations and implement improvements or makes suggestions for improvements, based on results.
• Completes administrative responsibilities in a timely and accurate manner, including records and results of training activities.
• Provide necessary recommendations to ensure that the training activities are carried out effectively and efficiently.
• Non-ADNOC accredited / General Trainers, well equipped to be in a position to obtain approvals with excellent communication and training skills and required competence can also apply for these vacancies.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent discipline.
• Industrial Safety and HSE certifications or relevant qualifications are mandatory.

• Minimum 8–10 years of Oil & Gas industry experience, specifically in HSE-related training roles in the UAE or ADNOC sites.
• ADNOC Onshore/Offshore-approved HSE Instructor with current qualification status, or the ability to obtain ADNOC approval through competence assessments.
• Demonstrated expertise in delivering a wide range of HSE training topics (as mentioned in the job responsibilities).

• ADNOC site-specific experience and centralized training list inclusion are highly desirable.
