Position: Sr. Executive – Sales (Cyber Security)

Position Overview: The Sr. Executive / Executive – Sales will be responsible for managing and cultivating new business opportunities to develop long-term business partnerships by creating superior value for our clients. The individual will focus on analyzing customer needs to create comprehensive solutions from our services portfolio in the assigned territory.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement sales-driven programs to achieve sales goals.
• Manage and cultivate new business opportunities for the development of long-term business partnerships.
• Analyze customer needs to create full solutions from our services portfolio.
• Generate cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships in the enterprise sector.
• Strike partnerships in the assigned territory for SMBs and sector businesses.
• Set up sales business presence from scratch and drive growth strategies.
• Conduct presentations, demonstrations, evaluations, and prepare proposals.
• Respond to RFPs, tenders, and other client inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.

• Bachelor’s degree holder.
• At least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in IT services sales and/or business development in the domains of cyber/information security services.
• Experience in selling cybersecurity, information security, OT security consulting services, and IT consulting services is mandatory.
• Experience in the UAE/GCC market is preferable.
• Strong relationships in the enterprise sector.
• Experience in software services and consulting services selling processes.
• Business acumen with a record of accomplishment in achieving sales targets.
• UAE/GCC driving license is a must.

• Strong client relationship building, interpersonal skills, and communication skills.
• Ability to understand customer cyber/information security requirements and offer appropriate solutions.
• Certifications in information security areas will be an added advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong team player, proactive, self-motivated, and a self-starter.
• Ability to thrive in a multitasking environment and adjust priorities on-the-fly.
• Experience in account planning and execution and ability to network with all levels in an organization.
• Good understanding of the information/cybersecurity marketplace and solutions.
