We are seeking highly qualified QA/QC Inspectors across Mechanical, Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I), and Civil/GRE disciplines

Open Positions:
Mechanical Inspectors – 4 Nos
Civil Inspectors – 2 Nos
Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) Inspectors – 3 Nos
GRE Inspectors – 3 Nos
Working Days: 6 days/week Working Hours: 10 hours/day | 26 days/month Contract Type: Long term, 12 months extendable
General Roles and Responsibilities (All Inspectors):
Higher National Diploma (HND) or Diploma or higher educational qualification in engineering in the respective engineering discipline such as Civil, Mechanical, Metallurgy, Electrical, Instrumentation, Telecommunication or an approved equivalent discipline as required based on the scope of work.
Be conversant with the relevant and applicable International Codes and Standards.
Have a proven continuous working period of at least three years with the assigned TPIA unless waived by PED on a case-by-case basis.
Maintain relevant valid competency, qualification, and experience certificates.
Have 10 years of experience in QA/QC, Inspection and Testing activities for the relevant discipline in Fabrication, Manufacturing and Construction in Oil and Gas or Petrochemical Industry as required by the scope of work.
Mechanical Inspectors – Roles and Responsibilities:
Valid CSWIP 3.2, AWS Sr. CWI, or IWE (minimum 2 years post-certification)
API Certification required: API 510 / 570 / 653 (anyone)
NDT Level II certified
BGAS-CSWIP Grade II or NACE Level II
Conduct inspection of welding, piping, structural steel, pressure vessels, and mechanical equipment
Verify welder qualifications, WPS/PQR, and welding activities per code requirements (ASME, API, etc.)
Perform dimensional checks, fit-up inspections, and witness pressure/leak tests
Monitor NDT activities and interpret results in line with project requirements
Inspect surface preparation, painting, and coating processes as per BGAS/NACE standards
Verify installation and alignment of mechanical static and rotating equipment
E&I Inspectors – Roles and Responsibilities:
Must hold valid CompEx Certification
Inspect installation of electrical systems, instrumentation, and control panels
Ensure compliance with hazardous area classifications and Ex equipment standards
Witness functional testing, loop checks, and continuity/insulation resistance tests
Review calibration records and ensure instruments are installed as per hook-up drawings
Verify cable routing, glanding, termination, and labeling in compliance with project specs
Conduct inspections per IEC/IEEE/NFPA standards and ensure compliance with CompEx requirements
Civil / GRE Inspectors – Roles and Responsibilities:
Inspect all phases of civil works including earthworks, concrete pouring, formwork, and rebar placement
Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and civil construction standards (ACI, ASTM, BS, etc.)
Monitor grouting, waterproofing, compaction tests, and other related civil activities
Oversee installation and jointing of GRE/GRP piping systems
Witness hydrotests and visual inspection of GRE lamination and curing procedures
Validate material approvals, batch traceability, and ensure proper storage and handling
