Role: Project Quality Supervisor - Civil 
 
Location: Jeddah, KSA

Basic Role
The basic role of the Quality Supervisor is to organize and manage CONTRACTOR’s Inspectors assigned to particular areas or functions under a particular Work Element Release (WER).
 
Scope
The Quality Supervisor will ensure that all quality activities defined within WER for particular areas and functions are performed by CONTRACTOR’s Inspectors in accordance with the WER requirements. The Supervisor will provide training to others as and when required. Duties will require physical exertion, working outdoors, confined spaces, high elevations, and site work locations (on and offshore).
 
Principal Duties

• Organize, supervise, and give WORK direction to CONTRACTOR’s Inspectors in the assigned groups or in the site located units.
• Keep current of the latest developments in inspection standards, codes, practices, procedures, methods, and inspection equipment.
• Ensure that all WORK is completed according to all applicable codes and standards and in accordance with the WER quality and inspection requirements.
• Assist in root cause analysis, assessments, and provide recommendations for short and / or long-term remedies.
• Essentially working at construction sites oversee Inspection services being provided.

• Engineering degree with Civil Background.
• At least one (1) year continuous employment with CONTRACTOR.
• Three (3) years of recent inspection experience with a minimum of one (1) year’s recent inspection supervision.
• Requires a thorough knowledge of applicable construction, maintenance, and material codes, procedures, and standards.
• Confirmed full working knowledge of quality system standards and methods (ISO 9001).
• Fluent command of the English language (spoken and written).
