Overview
We are hiring for inspectors across multiple disciplines. Successful candidates will ensure compliance with Saudi Aramco’s quality standards, international codes, and project specifications during all phases of project.
- Senior Project Quality Supervisor (Mechanical Background)
Overview:Lead quality assurance activities across all project phases to ensure compliance with Saudi Aramco standards and international codes.
Responsibilities: - Supervise multidisciplinary inspection teams.
- Ensure work complies with engineering requirements and project specifications.
- Perform root cause analyses and recommend corrective measures.
- Provide training to inspection staff.
Requirements: - Education: Bachelor’s in engineering.
- Experience: 15+ years in inspection, including 7+ years in supervisory roles.
- Certifications: ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, ASQ Quality Manager, or equivalent.

Project Quality Supervisor (Mechanical Background)Overview:Supervise quality inspection activities during construction and operational phases, ensuring adherence to all quality standards.
Responsibilities: - Oversee inspection personnel and ensure adequate coverage.
- Monitor compliance with engineering standards and specifications.
- Conduct quality system evaluations and review contractor documentation.
- Requires a thorough knowledge of applicable US Codes, construction and maintenance procedures, and material testing procedures
Requirements: - Education: Bachelor’s in Engineering or a 2-year technical diploma.
- Experience: 10+ years in inspection, with 5+ years in supervisory roles.
- Certifications: ISO 9001 Auditor or equivalent.

Senior Mechanical InspectorOverview:Inspect mechanical systems during construction and operational phases to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
Responsibilities: - Conduct inspections on piping, pressure vessels, and static equipment.
- Verify compliance with ASME, API, and other international standards.
- Prepare detailed inspection reports and escalate issues as needed.
Requirements: - Education: Bachelor’s in Engineering or a 2-year diploma.
- Experience:
- Construction Projects: 6+ years for Bachelors (12+ years for diploma holders).
- Certifications: CSWIP 3.2, ASME, API 570, API 510, or equivalent.
- 4. Senior Electrical Inspector
Overview:Ensure quality and compliance of electrical systems during both construction and operational phases.
Responsibilities: - Inspect electrical installations, including material and equipment compliance.
- Verify adherence to NFPA 70, IEC, and other international codes.
- Conduct performance tests and prepare detailed reports.
Requirements: - Education: Bachelor’s in Engineering or a 2-year diploma.
- Experience:
- Construction Projects experience: 6+ years of experience for Bachelors and 12+ years of experience for diploma holders.
- Certifications: NFPA 70, NACE/AMPP CP Level II, or equivalent.
- Project Inspectors (Mechanical- Welding, Static, Rotating, Electrical, Coating, Civil, Communication, HVAC, and Plumbing)
Overview:Conduct specialized inspections to ensure compliance with engineering standards across disciplines during construction phases.
Responsibilities: - Perform inspections for compliance with project specifications and quality requirements.
- Witness material and installation tests for mechanical, electrical, coating, civil, communication, HVAC, or plumbing systems (as per discipline).
- Prepare inspection reports and initiate corrective actions for non-compliance.
Minimum Requirements (for All discipline): - Education: Bachelor’s in respective discipline or a 2-year technical diploma.
- Experience: 4+ years of experience required for Engineering and 8+ years od experience for diploma holders.
- Certifications: Relevant international certifications (e.g., API, AWS, ASME, BICSI).
For Mechanical- Welding/Piping Inspector: - Holds a valid international certification as a welding inspector in AWS or CSWIP 3.1
For Electrical Inspector: - Working knowledge/experience of National Electric Code/NFPA 70, IEC or equivalent standards
- Working knowledge of electrical installations including materials, methods, specifications, and hazardous location identification for oil and gas or petrochemical industries.
- Hold relevant certifications such as National Certification Program Construction Code Inspector (NCPCCI) or NFPA 70 Certified or equivalent.
For Civil Inspector: - Minimum one (1) year direct experience in the evaluation of Batch Plants and Civil Testing Laboratories capabilities and safety to meet the Company requirements which include review and control of full-scale plant trials (concrete/asphalt/precast) to determine the required engineering properties.
- Knowledge/experience in refractory, fireproofing and structural steel
For Communication Inspector
- Working knowledge/experience of Telecommunications in the field of OSP (Outside Plant) installation as well as PDS (Premise Distribution System) installation , and familiar with North American or International Telecommunications standards; Building Industry Consulting Services International- Telecommunications Distribution Methods Manual (BICSI-TDMM); National Electrical Codes; and National Electrical Safety Codes, ore their equivalents.
- Hold relevant certifications such as Communication Inspector BICSI or equivalent.
For Plumbing Inspector:
- Working knowledge/experience of codes such as the Uniform Plumbing ore equivalent standards
- 7. Coating Inspector
Overview:Inspect coating systems during construction and operation, ensuring compliance with quality and durability standards.
Responsibilities: - Monitor and inspect surface preparation and coating applications.
- Review and evaluate contractor documentation and testing procedures.
- Document findings and initiate corrective actions.
Requirements: - Education: Bachelor’s in Engineering or a 2-year diploma.
- Experience: 4+ years for Engineering (7+ years for diploma holders).
- Certifications: NACE Level II, ISO 8501, or equivalent.
