Job Description:

Duties:

• Collaborate with internal and external partners to determine specific design focus.
• Design, develop, and evaluate instructional materials.
• curriculum and course development, the ability to work independently or on a team, and performance measuring.
• Being able to quickly get a firm grasp of a company's technology is a must, and troubleshooting experience is always preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in education, instructional design, or any related subject

 
Skills:

• Knowledge and/or familiarity with adult learning principles, and the ability to apply instructional design principles to training development.
• Competency building courses in Articulate Storyline or other e-learning software.
• Well-developed writing, research, and editing skills; familiarity with standard style guides.     Proven project management skills.
• Experience with loading and managing courseware and documentation into a Learning Management System (SAP Success Factors/Workforce Connect).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

 
Education:
Required:

• 2-4 yrs experience in instructional design and project management.
• Experience in designing and developing learning.

 
The following are preferred for this position:

• BA in Instructional Design, Adult Learning or Equivalent
• Certified Performance Technologist (CPT)
• Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD)
