We are seeking a hotel Food & Beverage Manager- Outlets with at least 2 years of experience as an F&B manager in a Four Diamond hotel or similar setting. This role requires a hands-on leader who can bartend and jump in operationally when needed, while managing scheduling, forecasting, payroll, and inventory controls, all while consistently exceeding guest expectations.
Qualifications

• Strong preference for operationally hands-on leaders versus administrative managers
• Hotel outlet experience strongly preferred from a high-end hotel or similar setting
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple Outlets, IRD, Bars Barista with a focus on Bars and Coffee
• Comfortable with scheduling & payroll for a team of 40, and inventory management
• System Management: Opera, Open Table, Symphony, Dayforce, ResortPass, OnTrack
