Luxury resort culinary team seeks a Cook, Cook 1, Line Cook, or Lead Cook talent to execute Michelin-caliber service.
 
Qualifications:

• 2+ years of culinary experience preferred in a full-service restaurant, private club, or chef-driven kitchen.
• Strong line-cook fundamentals, including prep, station setup, knife skills, sanitation, and consistent execution.
• Flexible full-time availability required, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Local Palm Beach County or nearby South Florida candidates only; no relocation provided.

 
Responsibilities:

• Prepare and execute menu items according to recipes, portioning, quality, and presentation standards.
• Complete daily mise en place, station setup, prep, production, and service support across assigned stations.
• Maintain clean, organized workstations while following sanitation, FIFO, labeling, storage, and temperature standards.
• Communicate effectively with chefs, cooks, stewards, and front-of-house team members during fast-paced service.
