Qualifications: Tenure that shows stability in prior roles (no job-hoppers) 10+ years of experience in kitchen management or equivalent leadership experience Experience managing teams of 50+ employees in a high-volume environment Strong background in banquets, catering, and a la carte dining operations Extensive knowledge of food safety systems and sanitation standards Strong understanding of cost control systems including food, labor, and operational expenses Proven ability to recruit, train, develop, and discipline culinary staff Experience managing vendors, ordering, and maintaining product standards Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive performance and accountability Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as business needs require Requirements: Strong leadership presence with the ability to motivate and develop large teams Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical abilities Calm under pressure with strong problem-solving skills Professional, dependable, and team-oriented mindset Maintains high standards for cleanliness, safety, and kitchen execution
