Looking for an Assistant General Manager / Beverage Manager to support the leadership team at  a high-energy, design-forward restaurant known for  elevated American menu, and strong beverage program. 
 
Qualifications:

• Strong, visible floor leader with the ability to command a busy dining room while maintaining an exceptional guest experience
• Passionate and knowledgeable about wine, amaro, and spirits, with the ability to guide guests and train staff
• Polished, hospitality-driven professional 
• Balanced operator—equally comfortable with service execution, team leadership, and operational oversight

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in a leadership role (AGM, Floor Manager, or similar) in a high-volume, upscale restaurant
• Strong knowledge of wine, amaro, and spirits; comfort speaking to guests and training staff
• Proven ability to lead from the floor in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
