Minimum 2 years of culinary or related back-of-house experience in a high-performance kitchen.
Advanced culinary knowledge with strong skills in food quality, mise en place, and station execution.
Experience as a Chef de Partie, Line Cook, or Station Chef in fine dining, luxury hotel, resort, or upscale restaurant settings preferred.
Strong attention to detail, communication, teamwork, and passion for hospitality.
Must have permanent US Work Authorization or US Citizenship; only local candidates will be considered.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and execute menu items to high quality standards while managing a designated kitchen station during service.
Maintain proper mise en place, recipe accuracy, portioning, presentation, and station readiness in a fast-paced environment.
Support smooth kitchen operations through teamwork, professionalism, and clear communication with chefs and culinary team members.
Uphold food safety, sanitation, cleanliness, and product handling standards while delivering an exceptional guest dining experience.
