Fine dining Mediterranean restaurant by a Michelin-starred Chef seeks a Chef de Partie to execute refined, ingredient-driven cuisine.

Qualifications:

3+ years of culinary experience with recent fine dining or upscale restaurant exposure.
Chef de Partie, Senior Line Cook, Lead Line Cook, Cook 3, Junior Sous Chef, or strong station cook experience.
Strong knife skills, station organization, recipe discipline, plating standards, and refined service execution.
Local Palm Beach County or nearby South Florida candidates only; no relocation provided.

Responsibilities:

Own and execute assigned stations during service with consistency, precision, urgency, and luxury-level standards.
Prepare mise en place, sauces, proteins, vegetables, seafood, garnishes, and station components.
Execute refined plating, portioning, temperature control, food safety, sanitation, labeling, storage, and rotation standards.
Communicate clearly with sous chefs, cooks, stewards, and front-of-house leadership while supporting junior cooks when needed.
