Salary - $80,000 - $100,000 + up to 20% bonus

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of progressive culinary leadership experience
• Strong background in Italian and Mediterranean cuisin
• Proven experience with menu development, food costing, and labor management
• Demonstrated ability to lead, train, and develop culinary teams

Requirements

• Oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring consistency, quality, and execution
• Develop and implement seasonal menus with a focus on Italian cuisine
• Manage food cost, labor, inventory, and vendor relationships to hit financial targets
• Maintain strong BOH presence during service and lead daily operations
