The Food & Beverage Outlet Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations of a hotel restaurant within a full-service property in Broomfield. This role ensures consistent service execution, strong guest satisfaction, and efficient operations while supporting overall food and beverage performance.
 
Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or Outlet Manager in a hotel restaurant environment
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, coach, and develop FOH teams
• Solid understanding of service standards, labor management, and guest satisfaction metrics

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring quality service, efficiency, and guest experience
• Manage staffing, scheduling, training, and performance of front-of-house team members
• Support financial performance through labor control, cost awareness, and operational consistency
