Manage accounting documentation, including payment processing, expense calculations, disbursement preparation via accounting systems, and maintenance of accurate payment and receipt records.
Coordinate business travel arrangements, including flight and accommodation bookings, airport transfers, and visa documentation in accordance with meeting schedules.
Provide guest reception support and arrange business meals and related hospitality logistics.
Deliver administrative and logistics support for internal and external business functions, events, and regional meetings, including transportation, accommodation, restaurant, and meeting room bookings.
Oversee department assets and manage office supplies and miscellaneous items for the office.
Maintain an organised administrative documentation system, ensuring proper record-keeping of confidential and important documents.
Perform additional administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Minimum of two years’ experience in an administrative or office support role.
Proficiency in MS Office applications and experience using accounting systems such as SAP is an added advantage.
Proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N1 or business-level proficiency) for liaising with Japanese-speaking clients and stakeholders.
Demonstrates a positive attitude, strong organisational skills, and a willingness to learn in a dynamic work environment.
