Responsibilities:
Drive store sales performance through strong customer engagement and product knowledge
Lead recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding of sales and retail staff
Train and develop team members to meet company standards and sales targets
Manage daily store operations, including workflow planning and execution of projects
Oversee outbound events, sales networking, and customer engagement initiatives
Monitor and control store expenses including staffing, supplies, and services
Ensure compliance with operational policies, procedures, and inventory processes
Optimise merchandise presentation and in-store promotions to maximise sales
Implement workflow improvements and share best practices with stakeholders
Maintain professional communication with internal and external stakeholders
Track team performance, including sales pipeline activity and customer satisfaction metrics
Requirements:
Minimum 8 years of experience in retail, industry sales, or key account sales with proven achievement of targets
At least 3 years of team management experience
Strong business development and negotiation skills
Proven experience managing retail store operations and systems
Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret sales data and trends
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet business-critical deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English to liaise effectively with English-speaking customers and clients
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
