Responsibilities
Provide attentive customer service to guests (local and Japanese clientele)
Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately
Assist with basic kitchen duties as required
Support daily restaurant operations and management activities
Coordinate with staff to ensure efficient service flow
Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally
Guide and support team members when needed and escalate matters appropriately
Maintain service quality and operational standards
Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
Proficiency in both Japanese and English is required to liaise effectively with Japanese-speaking and English-speaking customers
No experience is required; candidates open to career switching are welcome to apply
Store management experience in the F&B industry is a strong advantage
Strong interest in sushi and Japanese cuisine
Relevant working experience in F&B is an added advantage
