Job Summary:
A regional sales and marketing role supporting business growth and market development across APAC within the specialty chemicals and personal care industry.

Responsibilities:

• Manage business development activities for existing and new customers, distributors, and partners across APAC markets.
• Handle daily sales enquiries and prepare quotations, including follow-ups with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate sales and technical enquiries in collaboration with Sales, Technical, and Application teams.
• Liaise with customers and Sales Administration on order processing, shipment coordination, and invoicing.
• Monitor customer orders and requests to ensure timely and accurate fulfilment.
• Support preparation and consolidation of sales reports, forecasts, and distributor updates.
• Conduct overseas customer and distributor visits in line with business and market development plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation of enquiries, quotations, customer records, brochures, and product samples.
• Support development and execution of marketing strategies and initiatives with the department.
• Conduct market research on cosmetic and specialty chemical products, including trends, applications, and market insights.
• Coordinate pre- and post-exhibition activities with organisers, contractors, transporters, and distributors.
• Prepare and arrange brochures, samples, and promotional materials for exhibitions and marketing events.
• Participate in exhibitions, supplier days, and customer events.
• Deliver market trend and product presentations to internal teams, customers, and distributors when required.
• Share new data, formulations, and market trend updates with distributors across APAC.
• Monitor and report competitor activities and market developments within the region.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Process Technology, Industrial Chemistry, or other chemistry-related disciplines.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in the personal care industry, including cosmetic formulation development and/or sales of personal care ingredients.
• Basic knowledge and hands-on exposure to cosmetic ingredients.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel overseas as required for customer and distributor visits.
