Responsibilities
Develop and maintain client relationships while supporting business growth (Farming 90% / Developing 10%)
Manage daily customer service operations to ensure prompt and high-quality support
Handle inbound enquiries, requests, and feedback via phone and email
Coordinate with overseas relocation teams to deliver seamless and consistent service standards
Provide tailored relocation solutions based on client requirements
Support ad-hoc tasks and operational needs as assigned
Requirements
Proficiency in Japanese language for liaising with Japanese-speaking clients and stakeholders
Relevant experience in the relocation/moving industry, preferably with sales exposure
Experience in hunting sales is an added advantage
Strong sales track record with demonstrated negotiation and communication skills
Ability to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders across different cultures
