Responsibilities
Lead regional HR operations, coordinating quarterly focal point meetings, agendas, and documentation
Manage and enhance HR communication channels and regional contact databases for effective information flow
Provide administrative and project support to HCM team, including complex scheduling and stakeholder coordination
Serve as primary liaison for regional HR focal points, resolving escalated operational matters
Standardise and improve HR processes, templates, and workflows across the region
Consolidate and validate regional HR data, including headcount, organisational structure, and key metrics
Manage HR data systems to ensure accuracy, integrity, and accessibility of data
Prepare and present periodic HR reports and insights for senior management
Support compensation and benefits initiatives, including benchmarking (with focus on Singapore) and salary structure reviews
Lead regional HR projects aligned with the HCM strategic roadmap
Coordinate regional talent development programmes and track progress and outcomes
Oversee regional training initiatives, including planning, logistics, and risk management
Drive post-programme evaluation and share best practices across subsidiaries
Support succession planning through data consolidation and talent insights
Facilitate knowledge-sharing initiatives for regional HR stakeholders
Support adoption and optimisation of HR systems (e.g. SuccessFactors, Udemy)
Assist in implementing performance management frameworks and HR policies
Provide guidance on employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and disciplinary processes
Ensure compliance with employment regulations and maintain HR governance documentation
Requirements
Minimum 8 years of experience in HR, preferably within a regional or multinational environment
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g. Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and PowerPoint
Experience in compensation and benefits benchmarking and salary structure review
Strong analytical skills with experience in HR data management and reporting
