Job Summary:
Drive B2B sales of industrial cooling solutions, managing projects, tenders, and client engagement across the full sales lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

• Lead sales activities for chillers and related products, tracking current and upcoming projects.
• Proactively identify and monitor future projects, providing updates on progress and key stakeholders (consultants, main contractors, mechanical contractors).
• Deliver technical presentations to owners, consultants, and engineering firms to promote products and after-sales services.
• Build and maintain relationships through regular client visits to support ongoing and new projects.
• Participate in tender processes, including cost estimation, preparation of compliance documents, and bid submissions.
• Conduct engineering and financial analysis to determine project costs.
• Support technical clarifications and participate in negotiations with clients.
• Manage existing customer accounts and support after-sales proposals and service plans.
• Source vendor quotations, prepare customer proposals, negotiate terms, and secure purchase orders.
• Coordinate delivery and site execution with service engineers as required.
• Maintain accurate records of client visits, project details, and activities in CRM systems and report to management.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience in the engineering or industrial equipment sector.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Own personal vehicle required to attend site meetings.
• Strong presentation skills with the ability to present technical solutions to large audiences.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
